Willis Towers Watson Benefits Consultants have deep experience working with organisations of all types and sizes. We work closely with clients to develop some of the most advanced benefits design techniques currently in use. We combine expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organisations worldwide in designing, managing, administering and communicating all types of benefits plans.
The Role
Responsibilities
Working as part of a team to deliver high standard work to clients
Assist in the implementation, renewal and administration of new and existing Benefits schemes
Create benefits and payroll reports
Plan and perform data migration into our internal tools
Monitor own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved
Online back office sites development
People
Assist the team in project work as required.
Support colleagues for holiday cover and workload peaks.
Clients
Help provide an efficient, professional service to meet client needs and to promote the Willis Towers Watson brand.
Financial
Meet chargeable hours targets
Develop efficiency through all the tasks
The Requirements
Academic degree in different areas of expertise will be accepted
The work requires good attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication skills with good written and spoken Portuguese and English
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point). Advanced IT skills is a decision factor
Knowledge of SQL
Team player with collaborative behavior
The position is based in Lisbon
