As part of the OA team, you would work with our Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Strategic Studies Group (SSG) regularly to help shape and impact the future of the warfighter. These studies/projects quantify the impact of new operational concepts (CONOPS), system design variants, payloads, weapons and tactics, and force size/mix on survivability and mission effectiveness. This leader will also deliver analysis to support requirements definition, concept of operations evaluation, operational and cost effectiveness studies, and military utility assessment. u003cbru003eu003cbru003eResponsibilities will include but are not limited to: u003cbru003e- Formulating analysis and study plansu003cbru003e- Asking critical questions (and iterating) with our Customers/stakeholdersu003cbru003e- Researching military systems performance and operationsu003cbru003e- Modeling military systems and scenarios in digital environmentsu003cbru003e- Executing trade studies utilizing constructive engagement and/or mission simulationsu003cbru003e- Quantifying Measures-of-Effectiveness (MOEs)u003cbru003e- Analyzing simulation results using Data Analytics to draw meaningful conclusionsu003cbru003e- Preparing reports/briefings and presenting analysis trends u0026amp; conclusionsu003cbru003e- Support cross-LM business area constructive digital simulations, virtual reconstructive events, or wargaming activitiesu003cbru003eu003cbru003eThe selected candidate will be expected to work without appreciable direction, exercising latitude in determining study objectives and team approaches to execution. This senior analyst will provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate to advanced scope and complexity, be up to date on the latest developments in the subject areas, take initiative to gather and disseminate information and data in the subject areas, and lead analysis activities involving the subject areas.
