Job Description
Responsible for Retail Malaysia Fuel Portfolio Plan (FPPP) - investment, planning and strategies in conjunction with local and global strategy and ensuring that key stakeholders (eg Supply & Distribution) are aligned with the plan
Assist with the development and implementation of 3-years marketing plan (esp fuels led initiatives), management of capex ($3-$5mln), SP&A budget ($4mln) to grow profitable fuels volume, industry monitoring and insights generation
Example of key deliverables: Fuelsave Euro 5 Diesel/VPower Racing / Preium Fuels, initiatives to grow total fuels portfolio by 6%, improve, High Quality Fuels perception to 80%, increase differentiated fuel penetration from 14% to 16% & grow market share up to 38%
Assist in the execution of fuels marketing launch through multiple levels of stakeholders, delivering change leadership and communication
Work closely with global teams and keep a healthy challenge and support process going to leverage on each other strengths and inputs.
Retail Subject Matter Expert on Fuels (technical, volume, margin movements) - develop and conduct product knowledge and marketing training program for new joiners, partners and Retailers
Retail focal point to T&S to manage day-to-day supply operational matters to ensure supply continuity, PQ assurance and margin optimization
Requirements
Individual should bring their passion and drive everyday to lead/work with team, demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability and work collaboratively with the various COB within the organization. Individual should have good project management, analytical skill and marketing experience. We strive to build a professional Retail organisation. Professional marketing experience and a good overall understanding of the Retail business will therefore be an advantage in any application.
