The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.    Infrastructure Compute Services (ICS), part of Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI), is defined as the distributed, storage, IP network and Data Center services consumed by applications and enabling infrastructure in the Data Center. Infrastructure Compute Services (ICS) consolidates all logical and physical activities performed across Data Center Operations, and most of Global Network Services and Distributed Technology Services.   Job Description / Responsibilities: As a Network Administrator, you will work in a team environment to provide support including: Support GTI and Line of Business (LOB) with major incidents, changes and customer requestsPerformance Monitoring and response to incident and eventWork with stakeholders and business partners to identify capacity requirements and produce capacity forecasts for all network products to meeting business growth requirements Support Regional network device lifecycle refreshManage the execution of all changes into the Fenix network environment, ensuring all changes follow standard change management practicesIdentify initiatives to improve availability and performance; drive continuous improvement in the environment Creating and communicating service delivery procedures and run-booksManage local network vendors and hold regular service review meetings on service performance, SLA’s etc.Perform duties following all JPMC standards regarding engagement, change management and escalationsPerforming duties following all JPMC standards regarding engagement, change management and escalationsManage the cost of the services and identify areas to improve cost efficiencies ','!*! Qualifications / Experience: 5 years of experience in information technology with a focus on routing and switching or security networking. Able to identify manual operational tasks and develop automation to solve problems in a modern SRE support model.Proven experience managing various large-scale enterprise network topologies including LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security Services. Examples include Routers (Cisco – ASR/GSR/Nexus/Juniper) Switches (Cisco), Wireless (Cisco), Firewall (Check Point and Cisco), Load Balancers (Cisco and F5), Proxy (Blue Coat), Etc. Certifications in these areas preferredProven ability to understand client requirements and translating these into products and servicesFulfilment of all necessary CSRC licenses (or any other licenses / qualifications as required)  for carrying out securities and other regulated activitiesAggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills on highly complex problemsStrong customer support and results orientedDegree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experienceNetwork certification preferred – e.g. CCNP to CCIECapable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and servicesExcellent team player who can adapt to changing situations and drive positive changes Verbal and written communication ability in both English and Chinese   Our Global Technology Infrastructure Group is filled with innovators who love technology as much as you do.
