The OpportunityWe are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Senior Account Executive at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities while working alongside a diverse and cohesive team. This role is focused on supporting external stakeholders in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and actionable insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business. You will be responsible for: Enabling critical relationships between clients, Aon, and insurers.Ensuring client service team understanding of client needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework relevant to services delivered. Educating clients in risk management, risk transfer, market issues and relevant trends including appropriate benchmarking and data. Driving the renewal process according to service plans, assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement the client-specific renewal strategy.Actively driving client penetration and new business with existing and potential new customers through the introduction of products, services, lines of business and industry expertise.Serving as a resource of industry, product or market area expertise to internal and external clients.Ensuring operational excellence, including adherence to service management requirements Collaborating with Business Development team to introduce all of Aon’s products, services and specialty expertise to create opportunities to grow the business. Developing the existing accounts and working out to expand the current lines of business.Managing input to and following-up on invoicing and receivables process for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.Ensuring that account data supports the integrity of company accounting and tracking systems.Supporting the team in achieving its annual budgetAssisting the team carry out new project initiativesManaging existing accounts per Aon Broker Service Guide and maintaining long term relationship with clients.Establishing good relationship with approved markets and manage placements, negotiations, discussions with insurers and ensure smooth claims processing.Ensuring compliance to internal deliverables and requirements to be 100% compliant to all Aon internal procedures Managing coordination with Aon Broking Centre and other Aon regional offices for international markets, specialty lines, and other services that would address clients’ needs (when required) Adhering to all Commercial Risk Solutions deliverables including projecting growth in the assigned account portfolio, assist the Business Development team in potential class 3 accounts including participation in special projects and other broking activities to be assigned from time to time.Ensuring overall account profitability with a value-based approach About You: Indicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for data and the opportunities and business insights it reveals.Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid changeAble to develop simple solutions to complex problemsStrong client-focus with a passion for delivering added valueResults driven and take accountability for resultsHighly analytical and detail-orientedInterested in the insurance marketPersonable and able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProactive and a self-starterConfident in presenting work to teammates and clientsAble to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingHighly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course) and extensive experience working in an insurance, financial services, or management consulting will be viewed advantageously.
