On a secondary basis, the PM 2 may be involved in the underwriting of new loan opportunities as time and training allow.u003cbr/u003e-Perform credit monitoring of existing loans or underwriting of prospective client relationships, which may include but are not limited to the following: detailed credit, collateral, and market analysis across multiple property types to determine property cash flow, borrower/guarantor repayment capacity and appropriate loan terms and structure to mitigate present and inherent credit risks. u003cbr/u003e-Prepare and present credit packages for credit and loan committee review and approval of annual reviews, modifications, renewals, and other requests as necessary, utilizing Bank MIS - CapitalStream, Optimist, et al. Including preparation of pricing and risk rating models suitable for each credit request.u003cbr/u003e-Monitor and document covenant compliance in accordance with loan documents and bank policy on a timely basis.
