Description

The Associate Director, Analytics will provide team leadership and development for the HP/HSP (soon to be CenterWell) Pharmacy Growth Analytics team and consult on analytics approaches and strategy for HP/HSP Growth business partners.

Responsibilities


Lead and develop a team of analysts dedicated to Pharmacy Growth (study design, tracking, and evaluation), including individual contributors and people leaders as direct reports
Advise executives to develop functional strategies on various growth and outreach programs, gaining buy in through knowledge of the business and data insights
Utilize advanced analytics and subject matter expertise to lead team in developing, testing and validating cases that improve the outcomes, profitability, and quality of the programs we offer
Understand and analyze complex data, with ability to articulate to various units within the company at the appropriate level, impact the business from mathematical concepts which have sizeable dollar impact on the business
Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action
Support the development, implementation, and management of numerous visualization tools focused on pharmacy performance and growth trends


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree
6 or more years of technical experience,
2 or more years of people leadership experience
Advanced knowledge of data, analytics, and optimization tools
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Experience with pharmacy data
Knowledge of Medicare business
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in quantitative field
