Come on board and reap the rewards. Responsibilities Growth / Business ResultsAchieve Health Solutions Revenue Budget of Php 1.038B and target SPTI. Achieve segment team'sPhp388M target. Ensure 100% rollover of revenue and at least 95% client retention. To drive growth, fully support HS BD Team via Feed the Beast / HS Advisory Team, Digital Benefits and cross-selling activities with other Aon Solution Lines (Delivering Aon United).With the AE, assist in executing Client Profitability Plan and RTP Plan;Strict adherence to renewal process based on milestone dates and metric; Ensure completeness/dumping of pre-RFP and pre-placement requirements in coordination with Broking and COE team; Strict adherence to the booking process;For global accounts -compliance to GBoR renewal metrics.Client Service Delivery / Operational ExcellenceEnsure adherence to Aon Broker's Guide and achieve compliance with Operational Excellence and Data Management KPIs (Aon Commitments). Achieve Accounts Receivable metric at 0% for over 180days.Adherence to Invoice management, Overdue Renewals, booking TAT and zero un-invoiced transactionsAdherence to TBS requirements [UAT, Plan Management - and updated every renewal stage based on agreed metric]Timely (at least weekly) update of TRS and target of at least 65% for external.Adherence to E-Filing System ( Data Management Interface) and following ABG requirements Client Value Creation Achieve at least 95% client retention.
