Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, your day to day responsibilities will include:nManage and develop one or more specialized customer service and operations functional teams within Operations area with complex and risk in functional areanEngage stakeholders and internal partners associated within the Operations areanWork independently on moderately complex issues and projectsnMake decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of functional area and team to meet business objectivesnImplement process improvements and system changes/upgradesnManage allocation of people and financial resources for OperationsnManage relationships and responsibilities between onshore and offshore teams, including providing all direction, procedural training and coachingnEnsure team procedures are properly documented and updatednDisposition risk items in the Risk Control System (RCS) on portfolio of accountsnParticipate in escalation and customer complaint resolutionsnCollaborate with internal and external parties on servicing of customer's in bankruptcy and/or receivershipnManage outreach efforts for inactive or overdraft accounts within the team's portfolio of lender controlled accountsnCompile and remit monthly team metrics to senior managementnCollaborate with internal partners on bank exitsnIn this role, your management responsibilities will include:nDevelop strategies to improve staffing processes, ensure specialized functions meet regulatory guidelines in support of risk management and compliancenIdentify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to more experienced managementnProvide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced teamnInterpret and develop policies and procedures for operation functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibilitynProvide responsibility for budget and financial performancenCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managersnLead team to achieve objectivesnMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentnMonitor and approve of monthly Quality Check audits for team processes in order to comply with audit requirementsnParticipate as process owner in Business Process Mapping (BPM) projectsnEmployees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
