Key Responsibilities:


Technical Analyst reporting to IT B2C Delivery Lead will primarily work in areas of Site Automation Systems for both Fuel and Shop (incl. Loyalty & Payment), Legal and Fiscal regulation requirements, Web applications and as well as integration projects in global
Responsibility will include working on demand from all businesses and functions, that is not directly linked to the areas above as assigned by the IT B2C Delivery Lead
IT Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and defining the business needs of their clients and stakeholders, and map them to technical requirements and in some cases design the technical solution to meet business needs or resolve business problems.
Able to link technical solution & design with business strategy when working with business partners
Has knowledge of how competitors are using IT solutions to gain competitive edge, applies that knowledge to projects
Leading stakeholder management activities. Creates opportunities to make the stakeholder feel valued and develop trust
Leading vendor management activities and closely works with vendors to ensure solution delivery within planned timelines


What we need from you:


Broad and extensive knowledge, often in own specialized field, to provide interpretive, advisory or facilitating services for the use of others to achieve results
Participates in team effort to create new best practice material based on identified gaps. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for specific tools, techniques, or business areas
Drive for continuous improvement in IT solutions provided to business to maximize value to business
Execute IT analysis work on project, enhancements, RFPs and operational support model items. This would include Technical Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, Technical Requirements Definition, Solution Design, Functional Specification & Acceptance Criteria, Acceptance Test Plan & Management and Support Model Documentation aligned with relevant stakeholders
Designs and manages tests of new/updated processes. Works with Test Manager for selection/creation of relevant scenarios for testing and ensures that tests reflect realistic operational business conditions
Facilitates change management communication to the user community on future IT solution changes. Ensures that tests and results are documented, reported to stakeholders and are available for specification of user instructions
Implement and document new applications and application upgrade
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the business, processes, applications, information and data
Act as a functional expert for IT solutions in business processes
Capture and analyze Business process and technical requirements in project, enhancements and operational items
Support Run & Maintenance operations during Hypercare period in security, incident/problem management, change management and other run and maintain activities as a Functional and Business process expert
Champion global streamlined enterprise business processes and information standardization, as well as all IT procedures and policies
Operate as part of global or local project teams, within the application portfolio


Skills & Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Computer Sciences is a must
Web Applications, Mobile solutions and Fintech applications knowledge and experience are required
Business Analysis skills and Business Analysis Techniques in business operations and processes
Knowledge and experience in Business Process Improvement Techniques and Information Capture Techniques, Test Management Techniques, Progress Reporting
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, experience at Business Process analysis
Works in structured manner and excels in project-based environment
Strong communication/influencing/negotiation/presentation/facilitation skills at all levels of the Business, IT hierarchy and 3rd party service providers
Must have strong analytical aptitude and be able to analyze complex problems/requirements and be able to define functionally advanced IT solutions
Understanding of application architectural structure, its alignment to business processes and application landscape and its relation & fit to other connected application/infrastructure portfolios
Ability to champion continuous improvement changes and addresses any issues that might prevent those changes from being successful
Business Analysis Certification is a plus
Able to deliver under time pressure and deliver on strict deadlines
Ability to work independent
Good Business English, Turkish written and oral
