, is looking for a Bank Teller
to join their team located in Santa Monica, CA
***This is a 6 - month contract with an opportunity to extend or convert***
In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior client service and professional assistance to our clients, prospective clients, and associates
. Our client is looking for a customer service-oriented individual to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Resolve in person and phone inquires
Complete client transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, account opening, and closing
, etc;
Complete account research to help problem-solve customer issue
Resolve maintenance requests
for personal and business accounts.
Desired Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma required
1 years of experience working in the Banking or Financial Services industry
6 months customer service experience
Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook
The Offer
• Competitive Pay: Up to $24/hour, DOE
