This position will work independently and with sensitive and confidential information.u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eu003c/pu003eu003cpu003eu003cbu003eKey Responsibilities u003c/bu003eu003c/pu003eu003cpu003eu003c/pu003eu003cpu003eu003cbu003eu003cspanu003eCash Management/Treasury u003c/spanu003eu003c/bu003eu003c/pu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eResponsible for review and oversight function for existing treasury management systems, including, but not limited to negotiation on treasury management services, development of treasury management infrastructures to improve reporting of cash positions and cost-effective bank service fees.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eAdminister the Kyriba Treasury Management System and all banking portals.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eRecommend streamlined and cost-effective bank account structures and make recommendations to senior management.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eEvaluate and recommend short term investment options, monitor investments, and make recommendations to diversify portfolios to u0026nbsp;senior management.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eOversee cash management activities, including daily reporting of cash balances and activities and verification ACH and wire transfers.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eAssist with intercompany activities related to loans/advances, interest calculations and fund transfers.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eInterface with Ilitch business units to create short and long-term cash flow projections.
