Aon is looking for a Risk Advisory Consultant! Aon Global Risk Consulting provides integrated solutions to help clients understand and improve their risk profile to increase profitability, protect their interests, and provide valuable insights to support decision making. This team is part of a global Aon Global Risk Consulting business, and this role will work to develop and deliver AGRC’s suite of Strategic Risk Advisory solutions!The position requires an expert in Risk Advisory consulting (including risk assessments and risk management framework development) with a strong appreciation of broader risk transfer and analytics to advise clients on complex issues and to gain the confidence of both clients and the Aon network.Role Responsibilities:Serve as project manager for Strategic Risk Advisory and Enterprise Risk Management. Maintain effective partnerships with Aon teams and clients as well as identifying and building relationships with Aon account executives and producers, securing proposal opportunities for risk consulting. Develop and communicate bespoke risk advisory solutions and products to meet client needs Ensure that the Aon work product is of high quality, adheres to all relevant AGRC standards of practice and is provided in a timely manner. Prepare and present proposals in response to RFP’s. Develop and present various reports to clients, lead the discussion toward proper fulfillment of client’s needs. To Be Qualified for This Role:Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Risk ManagementBachelor's Degree or equivalent in finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, risk management, or equivalentStrong knowledge of technology tools for enterprise risk management, technology applications and data visualizationDetailed knowledge of best practice frameworks, such as COSO and ISO31000Strong understanding of the risk consulting businessAbility to write custom reports for risk consulting projects that clearly communicate findings and methodologies with minimal management supervisionCommitment to client service and business ethics We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation and equal opportunity to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
