Primary responsibilities are to coordinate the loan duties with internal and external customers to meet diligent deadlines while providing the unparalleled customer experience. The incumbent will track the MLO loan activity for prospects, active loans and closed loans in addition to all marketing needs. Specific duties include:u003cbr/u003e-Perform all Client Retention Management (CRM) system duties.u003cbr/u003e-Assist with completing loan applications, run Automated Underwriting System (AUS), order credit reports, title quotes, tax bills and any necessary application tasks. u003cbr/u003e-Lock rate request with MLO approval and monitoring lock expirations to prevent potential loss of revenue. u003cbr/u003e-Serve as communication liaison between customers, MLO and mortgage department operations team.
