The National Delegation Oversight and Support (NDOS) Senior Value-Based Programs Professional supports successful value-based provider relationships with a focus on improving the provider experience and achieving path-to-value goals. The Senior Value-Based Programs Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The National Delegation Oversight and Support (NDOS) Senior Value Based Programs Professional role within the Value Based Strategies team, will work with Humana delegated entity data, optimizing and analyzing these data sets, to uncover insights and create powerful visualizations and/or reporting that is easily digestible for broader consumption.
Works collaboratively with other team members and risk and compliance professionals to test hypothesis and search for insights in the data
Queries data, packaging it in an easy to consume format and effectively communicating outcomes and insights to our stakeholders
Advises leadership on data structure and storage and the best methods and tools to use based on the departments' needs.
Influences strategy by working collaboratively with other data experts to determine best methods of democratizing data.
Consults on tools that best fit the data and look forward to assist in developing strategies

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 years of technical experience in data analysis
Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
1 year experience in PowerBI
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems
Experience with tools such as Tableau, Qlik and PowerBi for creating data visualizations
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
Knowledge of delegated providers and the delegation process
