The IIS division is currently seeking a Financial Analysis Manager to lead business development finance within the Enterprise Intelligence Solutions (EIS) Product Line. The individual occupying this role will be expected to oversee key portions of the day-to-day activities and results. This individual will be responsible for the reporting of NBI and financial forecasts, support for internal strategies, and return on investment analysis. Interaction with functional leads and program management is required, including presentations and other financial reviews. This position also provides a high level of support to Business Development and Product Line FP&A for monthly operating reviews (MOR) and the assistance in development of the Five-Year and AOP plans. This position is accountable for forecasting accurately and facilitating business development in achieving forecasts; business development will look to this position for recommendations and guidance on financial decisions.
Applicants should be independent and self motivated, able to work in a challenging and fast paced team environment. Strong analytical and leadership skills are a must. The candidate should be proficient in Oracle CONTROL 8, GovWin, MS Office applications and have a solid understanding of financial management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with multiple layers of management and functional peers are critical. Experience in managing budgets is a plus as this position will require management/development of financial resources.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 6 years of directly related financial work experience required
Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Business Development, Engineering, etc) and levels of management
Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Excellent and timely communication skills (written and oral)
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
Qualified applicants may be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance are required.
Desired Skills:
Current/active TS/SCI security clearance is preferred
Experience in using Oracle CONTROL financial systems
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing information and conditions
Strong organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines
Required Education (including Major):
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline required
