Job Description

The purposes of this position are:


Monthly performance, AOP, product/market/customer/integral profitability, RoFo, Strategic Review, cost control, Target Setting / Remuneration, Pricing/margin analysis, etc.
Performs forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, Price/Volume mix, scenario analysis, etc.
Prepares, attends, minutes and keeps track of follow ups regarding performance and strategy meetings.
Understands systems and tools. Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.

1.Budgeting
Prepare AOP and quarterly RoFo
Manage budget execution

2. Reporting
Management reporting
Prepare the management reporting timely and accurately

3. Business analysis
Analyze the financial result and provide valuable comment for management team
Take lead in ad-hoc financial projects

4.Cost controlling
Factory cost controlling from BOM to overhead, and continuously drive productivity improvement



Job Requirements

& Skills



Bachelor's degree in Costing or financial related subjects
Strong analytical skills, Logical thinking.
More than 5 years experience.
Creative thinking, proactive and positive.
Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Sufficient computer operating skill, familiar with Windows office software.
Good team player.
Being self-motivated and dependable.
