Responsibilities:
Support Accounts Receivable function by preparing customer invoices and posting customer payments
Support Accounts Payable function by monitoring purchase requests, obtaining proper approvals and posting vendor invoices
Process expense reports within the expense management software and enforce company expense policy
Support Financial Close Process within the customer contract lifecycle
Support monthly accounting period close process and complete account reconciliations with proper supporting documentation
Requirements:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Staff Accountant must possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management.
2-5 years’ accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
