Job Description Teller Supervisor
(Full Time)
Location:
Lincoln, NE
The schedule will vary between 8:15 to 5:15 M-F, Rotating Saturdays 8:15 to 12:15
As a Cornhusker Bank Teller Supervisor, a typical day will involve the following:
Managing the branch in conjunction with the Branch Area Manager including supporting business goals, overseeing training and development, provide guidance and directing activities. You will provide a full range of banking services to help customers meet their financial goals. Will create and enhance long-term customer relationships with both new and existing customers. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day issues or concerns regarding the operations and functionality behind the teller line and among the branch staff.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent, required. Advanced education preferred.
Minimum two years personal banking, teller operations.
Ability to develop and train staff in operations, customer service, sales, and security and ensure compliance with established bank policies, procedures,
and requirements.
Ability to solve a wide variety of practical and customer service problems.
Excellent human relations, communication, sales, financial, leadership and analytical skills.
Requires knowledge of commercial lending practices.
Valid state driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to various branch locations.
