Description
Humana's Value-Based Programs team in Miramar, FL is looking for an Analyst/Professional 2. The Value-Based Programs Financial Analyst 2 supports successful value-based provider relationships with a focus on improving the provider experience and achieving path-to-value goals.
Responsibilities
This position will start as remote/work at home due to current COVID restrictions, but will resume as an office based position once it is determined safe to return to the office. Candidates must live within 50 miles of Miramar, FL to be considered.
The Value-Based Programs Financial Analyst understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas to include, but not limited to: Market Finance and Network Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze provider financial patterns and trends
Update, maintain, and review fee scheduling and pricing structures
Thoroughly review provider contracts and ensure rates are priced and applied accurately
Identify process recommendations and ensure compliance with government regulations
Collaborate and communicate with internal partners of all professional levels within various departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 1 year of experience reviewing and analyzing financial documents and/or contracts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple levels
Must live within 50 miles of Miramar, FL
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs
Preferred Qualifications
Access knowledge
Accounting or finance experience
Experience in healthcare or wellness solutions industry
SQL experience
