The Finance Manager – Virtual Care is a key member of the finance team supporting **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Health. This position has an ownership role in providing (1) business decision support and developing business cases to support M&A, new initiatives and offerings, and strategic partnerships, (2) strategic long-range planning, and (3) cost center reporting / headcount tracking and related performance management (both annual budgeting and monthly forecasting). In addition, the manager works closely with business leaders to analyze key assumptions and drivers of performance, lead business case development on new offerings, support key growth initiatives (inclusive of M&A work and evaluation; ability to model build vs buy scenarios), and develop a strong understanding of the healthcare industry (reasonably determine Total Addressable Market down to industry size and market share).

This role has one direct report.

Responsibilities / Key Skills:

• Fully understands financial repercussions and incorporates a holistic and long-term view into models/analysis/discussions. Anticipates and considers financial and non-financial influencers in all situations.
• Strong understanding of the industry's dynamics, players, customers, trends and competitors' business models and how they impact the BBY model. Consistently integrates this knowledge into daily responsibilities.
• Understand the external economic landscape and how it impacts the business.
• Can represent and sell large, complex business cases to high levels in the organization.
• Understand the effects of decisions on key stakeholders, define key cost/benefit drivers and the implications and tradeoffs of key business metrics.
• Understand key assumptions and provide insight and recommendations to clearly articulate what the numbers are saying.

Basic Qualifications: 5 years of progressive work experience in an Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, economics, business or related field.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, economics, business or related field.
2 years of project management or experience influencing without authority.
