**Job Description Summary**
Drive optimal performance (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain for the Asheville, NC Ceramic Matrix Composite plant. This is a senior level role and requires in-depth understanding of how every action in the shop translates to the financials. This role requires good understanding of financial and lean supply chain principles.
**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
Site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities
Own development of financial forecast, reporting, and analysis to support for the site
Partner with the plant leadership team to help drive business outcomes and plan short and long term strategy
Ensure accuracy of P&L and Cash Flow statements of the site
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance or Accounting
7 years of experience in Finance or 5 years supporting supply chain functions
**Desired Characteristics:**
Strong oral and written communication skills
Cost Accounting experience
Demonstrate ability to work strategically with both internal and external partners
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
