Job Details:
Job Summary:The primary purpose of this position is to enrich the advance the delivery of meaningful HR data driven decisions in support of HR and business objectives, focusing on the Fresh Meats HR and Time systems located on the Main frame. This position will support customers varying from offering technical support to the end user clerk to working with HRDs, providing analytics on demand. This position is responsible for performing advanced and complex reporting and analysis of Human Capital data and cross-functional information to support projects, HR processes, users, and stakeholders. This position is also responsible for continuously transforming our visualizations to support business models. Drive initiatives that result in cost savings and process efficiencies. Research and analyze data to identify trends, uncover potential issues, and work with HRBPs and other HR functions to develop recommendations; This position will work closely with IT to ensure the mainframe systems continue to meet the needs of the business and maintains awareness of best practices including processes and technology and identifies opportunities for improvement of existing functionality. Develop, use existing, or research new tools that efficiently and accurately present data in useful formats. Seek opportunities for synergy improvement simplification and automation of existing processes and reporting; Consult with HRBPs and the business to define problems, gather data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations; and assist with broader execution excellence initiatives and strategy planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:This position is expected to play a lead role in executing the future vision of the shared services delivery model. This work is inclusive of defining user requirements, establishing technical specifications, while enhancing productivity, quality, and customer service standards. They will play a significant part in driving efficiency and consistency across support function. This position will focus on ensuring the necessary KPIs and SLAs are met to enable the consistent and efficient delivery of our shared services model to all functions of Tyson Foods. Further responsibilities will include maintaining professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends and delivering results to the customer.
Requirements:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
Experience: 5 years relevant experience or equivalent
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with special emphasis given to Excel. Experience with database query/reporting tools is valued. Working knowledge of Fresh Meats Main Frame, SAP/HR, Workday and/or Kronos highly valued.
Special Skills: Comfortable working independently and setting own schedule to ensure priorities are met. Experience collaborating with solutions to enable project completion; Consistently delivers high-quality timely work resulting in highly satisfied customers; Background in Project Management; Passion for learning; Familiarity with Workday and human resource not required but highly valued; and team player.
