The open role will be part of the Commercial HQ Financial Planning & Analysis Team and will support planning and analysis of Commercial results, budgets and projections. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis, this individual will be responsible for assisting in the planning and analysis of a broad range of activities including coordination of the annual business plan and forecasting cycles (budget, projections and risks & opportunities) and playing a key role in process improvement projects across all of Commercial.

Description


Own the Commercial financial performance planning process including partnering with Corporate FP&A and Regional Finance teams.
Consolidating Commercial information and preparing the presentation for Leadership Team that appropriately conveys the insights on the Commercial business
Analyzing risks and opportunities identified by the business and collaborating with BI&A on scenario planning and modelling
Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Commercial organization
Prepare financial analysis, decision support analysis, financial modeling and provide ad-hoc analytical support to BMS markets to reach key resource allocation decisions and drive cost efficiencies
Supporting integration activities and collaborating across Commercial, Procurement, IT to ensure appropriate reporting of Value Capture initiatives
Supporting WW brand teams as needed on analytics for strategic projects
Extend knowledge transfer and sharing of best practices across the global FP&A community
Ensure alignment of activities with Business and Finance Services, Corporate Financial Analysis, Corporate Treasury, Corporate Tax and other functions
Maintain internal control environment to the highest standards of compliance and integrity


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA is preferred.
Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis is required.
Must possess strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Strong business partnering skills. Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a matrix organization
Must have ability to manage multiple tasks, be well organized, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel; a detailed understanding of BMS Financial Reporting systems is preferred (notably Hyperion and SAP BEx).
Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and have the ability to work independently.
