International Fiscal Specialist **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is accepting applications for a highly qualified fiscal specialist to provide accounting and administrative support for the University’s International Education objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide accounting and financial support to the Center for Global Engagement, as well as other offices throughout the university.
• Includes financial analysis of all aspects of Semester Abroad and Short-Term International Programs; review programs budgets, exchange rate fluctuations, foreign and stateside program expenditures, foreign bank activity, international contract review, and creation of PowerPoint training sessions for international travelers.
• Provide excellent customer service that promotes access, inclusion, and diversity for all.
• Serve as back-up for the Administrative Assistant for the AVP for finance.
Qualifications: Required:
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems, PC based spreadsheets and database software.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts and business processes and strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial System helpful.
