Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level private investment funds associate. Ideal candidates will have 3 - 6 years of fund formation experience with private fund managers. Experience drafting or reviewing private offering materials is required. While Chicago is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.
