Aon Is Looking For A Health Solutions Middle Market Segment Leader for the U.S.  As the Health Solutions Middle Market (hereafter MM) Segment Leader for the U.S., you will be responsible for leadership, growth, retention and talent strategies for our MM segment (< 5,000 lives and above), reporting directly to the North America Health Solutions Leader.   Using your leadership skills, you will inspire colleagues to deliver exceptional results for our clients and our business, driving both top and bottom line financial success within the segment.  This will take shape by driving client management throughout the segment to ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and excellence in delivery; providing strategic leadership on new business pursuits; championing our efforts to integrate across Aon’s full solution suite (Aon United); establishing and executing a talent development agenda to increase colleague engagement and retention; and managing an on-going pipeline of senior talent in the industry.  Your Impact as A Health Solutions Middle Market Segment Leader Responsibilities:Leadership and StrategyDevelop MM Strategy and Blueprint for the next 3-5 yearsLead strategy for the MM to deliver a best-in-class value propositionContribute toward the shared goals of US Health Solutions, US Commercial Risk and Health, and Aon Corporation.Keep a pulse on emerging business opportunities and partners with Innovation and Commercial officers to evaluate the need and potential for new service offeringsIdentify opportunities for change and improvement and drive changes forward  Growth of the MM in conjunction with the National Sales Leader for Health SolutionsCo-lead strategy for the Middle Market to deliver revenue growth and increased market shareLead MM client efforts around:Retention and Client SatisfactionNew Logo and New Penetration salesRollover & RecoveryPartner with other Delivery Aon United (DAU) leaders to drive segment revenue growth, including Sales, Innovation, Actuarial, Chief Broking Office, and other national practice groupsCollaborate with all sales channels – within the Health Solutions practice and across other solution lines (Commercial Risk, Retirement, Reinsurance, and Data and Analytics) – on strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing client  Talent ManagementDrive Colleague Experience and Learning Agenda for MM focused colleaguesIdentify opportunities and challenges across client portfolio and partner with Regional Practice and Mid Market Account Executives and producer communityDrives accountability across Mid Market Account Executives to meet and achieve growth and retention goalsBuild out the MM community Evaluate talent and drive change as needed  Intellectual Capital Help us build tools and processes for region leaders to use with clients and colleagues consistent with the Aon Leadership ModelInnovation & Thought LeadershipSolutions Tailored for the MM, including bringing ideas and solutions to the forefront Proactively build strategic external partnerships and leverage relationships to fulfill client needs  Key Aon Leadership Dimensions:Business Acumen & Results:  Positions Aon to achieve industry leading growth while maintaining profitability;
