Performs a variety of highly skilled and occasionally complex operational or administrative duties as required.n nThis position is hybrid with office days spent in East Petersburg, PA (near Lancaster) or Bethlehem, PA.n nHours are 8:00 - 5:00 Monday-Fridayn nResponsibilitiesnn Perform a variety of operational duties and functions within the Loan Operations department including but not limited to new account boarding, monetary and nonmonetary transaction posting, documentation review, document scanning and indexing, document archival and retrieval, paid loan processing. Coordinate the treatment of nonperforming loans, ensuring loans systems are accurately maintained and updated in response to direction from Loan Review and Collections area. Must be flexible in hours available for work and department assigned to work. Scheduling changes may occur on short notice.n Provides system support on the core applications by assisting in the analysis of system alerts, updates, and releases on the to determine operational impact. Assist in system enhancement testing for accuracy, documenting results. Assist in the recommendation and implementation of procedural changes required for system updates or enhancements. Assist in providing employees within the Loan Operations area with training on system processing and procedures.n Performs a variety of highly skilled and occasionally complex administrative duties including providing support for department payroll. This includes preparing timecards, inputting payroll data into the appropriate Access Database via Public Folders, and ensuring time sheets are properly signed, copied and retained. Originals are to be submitted to the Payroll area in a timely manner and in accordance with Human Resourceu2019s guidelines. Provide support for department Paid Time Off. This includes gathering and entering Paid Time Off information into an Access Database on a biweekly basis. Periodically providing a summary schedule of Paid Time Off to department Management for review and to ensure accuracy. Must possess the ability to work both independently or in a team environment, depending on duties assigned. Work must be handled accurately and efficiently. Must be able to set priorities.nnQualificationsnEducationnHigh School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)nExperiencen2 or more years Banking or related work. (Required)n1 or more years Loan systems. (Preferred)n This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
