About the Role
We are looking for experienced Home Loan Specialists who want to make this role their own, who want to take control of their career with training, development and career progression opportunities being available, while have a stable (fixed) remuneration package; And, oh, did I mention that you don’t need to go out to generate leads - as we have leads, glorious leads.

The key to your success will be your extensive experience and knowledge of the home loan industry, your enthusiasm, ability to work cohesively within a great team, possess an unwavering desire to provide timely and effective communication, and exceptional service to our customers.
Skills and Experience
A minimum of three years’ current experience in Home Loan Lending, having worked as a Mortgage Broker, worked in a Bank, or for a Mortgage Credit provider, or as a Mobile Mortgage Manager.
Possess a solid understanding and ability to satisfy Responsible Lending obligations and Best Interest Duty requirements.
Solid financial acumen, have a proven problem-solving ability, be a critical thinker and a have strong attention to detail.
Superior communication skills, a strong command of business English, have a great sense of humor, and be someone who can engage well with all you come into contact with while building long term positive relationships.
Strong ability to multi-task, be adaptable to change and love all things new.
Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking / MFAA or FBAA current accreditation or membership would be advantageous.
