Come on board and reap the rewards. ResponsibilitiesManaging privacy projects, which includes but is not limited to:assessing and closing privacy compliance gaps in countries;complying with new and emerging privacy laws; andthe implementation and adoption of privacy technology into Aon’s business units;Working with privacy subject matter experts and business stakeholders to continuously improve the privacy risk & control framework;Defining, updating and providing training on privacy policies and controls library;Producing, communicating and advising on privacy policy updates;Assisting privacy leaders with ad-hoc matters, which might include preparing board reports and metrics;Assist with building, training and managing the Asia Pacific Privacy Compliance Assurance function in the Asia Pacific jurisdictions;Monitor and report on the performance of Aon’s Asia Pacific Privacy Compliance Assurance team on a regular basis, taking appropriate actions to improve effectiveness; andMaintain playbooks, standard operating procedures, document repositories, ensuring timely updates and version control.About You Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course) and experience working in an insurance, financial services, or management consulting will be viewed advantageously.
