What the day will look likeManage activation and execution of multi-channel campaigns and programs that are aligned with the Global Buyer campaigns and drive demand for priority solutions (as defined by growth marketing).Ensure all campaigns are developed in line with the campaigns framework and are set up with correct tracking and analytics tags.Working with the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure digital best practice across all channel activity.Ensure that demand best practices are always considered when designing outputs.Feedback on the best use of budget in channel strategy.Working with the regional Analytics specialists ensure all campaigns and programs are continually optimised according to KPI’s.Work with growth leaders to create executive reporting for business. Skills and experience that will lead to successBachelor's degree in Business or related majorAt least 5 years of experience in end-to-end integrated, multi-channel campaign managementBackground in Demand-gen or Lead acquisition campaigns with a test-and-learn approachB2B experience in Insurance / Financial Institutions / Professional Services firms preferredAgency management experience preferredFamiliar with SEA and India markets Hands-on experience in using Ad platforms, Google analytics, GTMMartech or CRM experience an added plusPassionate self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, follow-ups and ultimately deliver projects and assignments on target and on time within a fast-paced environmentA creative thinker who brings new perspectives and is comfortable challenging the status quoBusiness acumen and intellectual curiosity How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
