The Financial Analyst
is responsible for gathering and reporting internal and external financial and statistical data for companywide analysis; evaluating the data to identify issues regarding, but not limited to, companywide and individual branch performance as compared to national, state and internal financial and statistical benchmarks; and developing financial budgets.
Essential Functions:
Mine data from Company’s multiple software systems in order to produce reports showing trends of certain industry measurement indicators.
Provide support to branch management in understanding measurement indicators and their affect on financial performance.
Compile reports on a weekly/monthly basis for use by the Region's operations, clinical, human resource and sales teams
Assist with budget preparation
Analyze financial statements and metric reports to provide feedback and support to region,.area and branch teams
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
Two years in a business office experience preferred
Strong knowledge of MS office Applications
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements/reports.
Possess strong computer skills; emphasis in Excel and Power Point.
Ability to create reports as needed.
Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative.
Must read, write and speak fluent English.
Must have good and regular attendance.
Minimal travel
Performs other related duties as assigned.
