The ideal candidate for this first role will have at least 10 years in the SBA loans department with a progressively growing clientele and career trajectory. People management skills are a plus
as the goal is for you to add to the department over the next couple of years with YOU at the helm! Business development experience is a must and Sales leadership is strongly desired.

10 years experience with advanced SBA loans

Bachelors Degree
