Please note that you will have to create a new account on the application page.SUMMARYResponsible for assisting with planning and execution of PVH’s external financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparation of quarterly earnings releasesAssist with drafting of quarterly financial statements and 10-Q reportsAssist with drafting of annual financial statements and 10-K reportsLead the iXBRL tagging and e-filing with the SEC for earnings releases, 10-Q and 10-K reportsAssist with preparation of various other SEC reports, as neededInteract and liaise with external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits, including assisting with variance analysis and SOX controlsA Prepare supporting documentation and assist with review of investor presentationsPlanning and execution of  U.S. Department of Commerce and other census reportsAssist with accounting research and peer analysis, document findings and conclusionQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEExperience3+ years’ experience, with public accounting or corporate external reporting for a public company required        EducationMinimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or CPA candidate preferredSkillsExperience with preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsPrevious experience with iXBRLExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive and self-motivated individual who challenges the status-quo. Action oriented.Strong analytical skillsMust be well organized and detail-orientedKnowledge of Oracle Hyperion Essbase is a plusAbility to develop strong working relationships, team-orientedHeavy workload required during key financial processes such as year-end and quarter end which will require overtimeDECISION MAKING:Must be able to prioritize responsibilities in order to handle competing demands on time, while maintaining accuracy and ensuring adherence to strict reporting deadlines.   RESOURCEFULNESS:Strong time management skills are required. Must be proactive in analyzing and interpreting accounting and disclosure issues for Senior Management. Ability to improve processes is a plus.      ENVIRONMENT:Team-oriented and fast-paced. Must rely on people outside the team to meet key deadlines, developing strong working relationships is a must. Overtime often coincides with key financial processes such as year-end, quarter-ends and budgets.
