Responsibilities include, but are not limited to solidifying relationships to secure existing business with identified clients and, where applicable, growing the business through the sale of additional products and/or solutions aligned to client needs Key Responsibilities: Growth and SalesAccountable for executing the in-country Commercial Risk Solutions growth plan and focused on sales and growth.Leading, managing and executing the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.Working with Business Leader on succession planning on key clients and talent pipelineCoordinate, align and focus best resources to pipeline opportunities.Stay on track and increase year on year client retention ratio.Monitor and ensure that the team will achieve the revenue goal, 100% renewal retention and rollover ratio targets.Achieve a team profitability of at least 25% with a value-based approach for the scope of service and costs associated with the service plan.Retain and grow Aon’s business, cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts.Collaborate with Sales Team to introduce all of Aon’s products, services and specialty expertise to create opportunities to grow the business.Dealing with insurance companies for rates, issuance of policies, endorsements, and cover notes, claims management and related services.Manages projects effectively by monitoring progress against plans and budgets.Client OwnershipConstantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.Oversee the renewal process and implement the client-specific renewal strategy.Serve as a resource of industry, product or market area expertise to internal and external clients.Deals with insurance companies for any requirements of clients like rate negotiation, issuance of policies, endorsements, claims management and related services.Ensures proper insurance coverage are provided to clients including timely issuance of policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellation of policies, premium collection.Ensures polices, endorsements, premium computation and other documents are properly peer reviewed and accurate prior to release to clients.Operational ExcellenceEnsuring adherence to critical best practice client management efforts including Strategic Account Service Plan Reviews and Client Return to Profitability Planning.Demonstrates unwavering commitment to high performance in the process of account management and sets a personal standard of high quality and integrity for self and others.Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.Ensure compliance to internal deliverable and requirements to be 100% compliant to all Aon internal procedure.LeadershipBuild trusted relationships with the leadership of CRHA that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities.Build on the strengths of the team, developing HiPo talent and address the gaps in expertise.Manages the performance of the team, ensures that service agreements are met and delivered to clients effectively and efficiently.Builds and leads a high-performance Team and provides structure and direction to facilitate the completion of Team objectives.Supporting your team to establish clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations for their client service teams.About You: Indicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for data and the opportunities and business insights it reveals.Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid changeAble to develop simple solutions to complex problemsStrong client-focus with a passion for delivering added valueResults driven and take accountability for resultsHighly analytical and detail-orientedLeadership skills and capabilitiesInterested in the insurance marketPersonable and able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProactive and a self-starterConfident in presenting work to teammates and clientsAble to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingHighly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course) and experience working in an insurance, financial services, or management consulting with an experience in commercial risk will be viewed advantageously.
