SUMMARY:This position is responsible for assisting the Tyson Food Service Innovation team on projects related to innovation of new products for customers and Tyson branded. This internship will provide the successful candidate with real world experiences, working in Excel, data research, creating PowerPoint presentations and assisting commercial managers with their project needs for this $40 billion-dollar company. The ideal candidate must be intellectually curious, a self-starter and self-motivated with a passion to assist Tyson Foods in becoming the global innovative leader of food experiences.Requirements:Education: Business degree with major in marketing, finance, leadership actively being pursued. Must be in good standing; entering Junior or Senior year of a four year accredited UniversityExperience: Previous work experience in any field required. Previous experience in an office environment preferred.Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfort in presenting to various levels of management in the organization.Special Skills: Must have strong analytical and data manipulation skills, be a problem solver with a high attention to detail and the ability to project plan and prioritize workload. The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic who takes initiative and is excited to learn more about Tyson Foods.Supervisory: NoneTravel: LimitedThis is a year-round internship located at our World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas.
