The Department & Team

Supply Value Chain department in PVH Europe focuses on the full network between company and its suppliers and customers. The Team drives strategic and operational processes that enables the business to ensure modern and compliant supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise seasonal Raw Material (RM) sourcing strategy and Raw material supplier matrix that allows for full empowerment of RM specialists whilst adhering to strategic goals and PVH standards
• Drive definition of the Raw material supplier topography matrix à collect data from system, analyze, identify consolidation opportunities on raw material supplier/ vendor level
• Define set of standard and KPIs for Raw material suppliers (for ongoing monitoring, as needed)
• Review and update Raw material supplier scorecards periodically and setting up a standardized framework for scorecarding
• Approve new Raw material suppliers to be included into the Raw material supplier matrix, following suggestions from specialists
• Lead implementation of changes to Raw material supplier strategy, working together with specialists to ensure seamless transition
• Set strategy, KPIs, and ways of working for integrated vendors – aligning closely with Topography team under Sourcing & Procurement in Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories.
• Work to identify key traceability risk factors and adjust Raw material supplier matrix accordingly, in collaboration with specialist
• Engage with finance & operations teams to build financial risk-mitigation strategy, managing risk around exposures to commodity prices, exchange rates
• Leverage existing digital tools to gather/extract data on supplier portfolio to infuse in Raw material suppliers strategy
• Onboards approved new Raw material suppliers into matrix/tiers
• Drive data analytics
• Support ongoing relevant projects for category of materials à act as key point of contact for local/global initiatives

             

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 5-7 years working experience in data analytics, supply chain, or raw materials, preferably in a fashion related envirionment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Raw Material and technical materials
• Acumen and experience in current industry standards, laws, and conventions regarding quality assurance, sustainability and testing
• Strong system knowledge: PLM, Excel/BW, SAP, Tableau
• Strong skills in project management
