We are partnering with a large Non-Profit in Philadelphia to find an Interim CFO - this position is looking to start ASAP and has the chance to turn into a permanent role!

Job description:
Oversee all fiscal matters
Oversee compliance for all contracts and government grants
Present financial reports to the board and CEO
Develop financial strategies and vision
Direct the risk management process which includes reviewing, negotiating and procuring insurance programs and products.
Requirements:
8-10 years of Non-Profit CFO experience
Must be extremely well versed in Grant Accounting
Ability to lead with strategic vision
CPA is highly preferred
