Aon is looking for a Strategy Associate, Commercial Risk Solutions Being part of this industry-leading Global Commercial Risk Solutions team, you will help clients make better decisions by crafting effective solutions for their utilization!Your impact as a Strategy Associate, Commercial Risk Solutions We are seeking a versatile individual for this role that offers an outstanding opportunity to get involved in a broad portfolio of critical initiatives, working alongside a complementary team in supporting the execution of the Global Commercial Risk Growth Strategy. The position directly leads a diverse range of cross-functional projects and processes—working across Commercial Risk and in partnership with regional partners to enable targeted business outcomes tied to the strategic plan. Job ResponsibilitiesSupporting the VP, Business Development, Strategy & Chief of Staff to aid in the execution elements of our strategy and its various components.Developing and leading project governance and reporting including project plans, achievements, cases, critical metrics, etc.Document key observations and findings, prioritize recommendations, and develop execution plans following strategic business and operational reviews.Partner with cross-functional teams and form relationships with key collaborators.Develop and deliver executive presentations.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseUndergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field3-5 years previous work experienceStrong business and financial acuityShown experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical) and fact-based approach to decision makingComfortable leading large data sets and model building – ability to communicate data requirements to support analysis is criticalAbility to succeed in a fast pace environment with demanding goals.
