Aon is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst Aon CoverWallet is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst.  This role will oversee variable compensation for CoverWallet Sales and Service teams, serving as primary point of contact for this key function.  Providing accurate and impartial reporting for production incentives and associated performance metrics is critical for this dynamic team. Responsibilities Include:Coordination with Sales Operations to establish and communicate appropriate performance metrics for Sales and Service teamsCalculation of production incentives for CoverWallet sales and service teams using performance data from Looker, Salesforce, and other systemsStandardization and automation of monthly distribution of production incentives and associated reporting for colleagues, managers, and other stakeholders.Coordination with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Sales Operations around targets, payouts etc.Documentation of all production incentive plans as required for compliance.Ability to effectively assimilate, manipulate, and interpret large data sets into manageable reporting, and explain financial concepts to diverse stakeholdersQualifications:1 years experience in similar rolesBachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration (Operations), or similar FP&A experience (Forecasting, Planning, Variance Analysis)Solid communication skills and experience in presenting to non-finance stakeholdersIntermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VBA an asset by not required) and/or GsuiteFamiliarity with sales organizations emphasizing variable incentives as part of overall employee compensation We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.  Our Colleague Experience: From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.  They make a difference, work with the best, own their potential, and value one another.  This is the Aon Colleague Experience, defining what it means to work at Aon and realizing our vision of empowering human and economic possibility.
