Strategic Finance Analyst

you’ll be involved in the daily operations of the business including supporting senior staff members with decisions in allocating capital and creating value.
What you will do:
Routinely update Financial models with Actuals and Forecasts
Retool Forecast models with new and existing business rules/drivers
Design new Forecast models
Update company forecasts and supporting schedules
Analysis of financial and operational performance
Assist in modeling and developing new management reports that are automated and flexible
Automate existing reporting packages by using various software tools
Assist with preparation of management/Board reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Obtain and update business metrics for Business Analysis Review on a monthly basis
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and individuals, including company leadership, who are resources for supplying data and insights
Support M&A and Business Development efforts
Partner with Human Resources to effectively track headcount changes and the merit & bonus process
Act as the liaison between Product/Engineering and EMG to align priorities and report on capitalized expenditures
What you will bring:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation required
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and report-writing skills needed
Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented
Knowledge of Netsuite, Salesforce, and Adaptive Insights highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $67,000 - $75,000 annually*
Bonus: up to 5% annually
