Ensure department adheres to all lending policies and procedures, and all state and federal laws and regulations. Achieve department objectives of efficiency, productivity, and compliance, while developing a culture of team work and engagement.u003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eDirect all stages of loan requests from submission to closing. Manage the flow of applications with a lens of continuous improvement. Manage all production and member satisfaction key metrics to ensure they are on target with CU objectives.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eLead and engage managers/supervisors/team members of underwriting, processing and closing units to drive a culture of teamwork, operational excellence, and member service. Create and manage a staffing model that can address seasonal and unexpected volume change.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCreate accurate and timely reporting to ensure Senior Leadership has transparency into lending operations. Responsible for timely and accurate reporting for all government requirements such as HMDA.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eStay abreast of all industry changes and trends. Update and implement guidelines, policies and procedures to adhere to and comply with all regulations, lending laws and secondary market.
