Trade Support Manager-Associate','200030920','!*!Description The
Equities Middle Office is responsible for a variety of functions
supporting the Equity Derivative, Equity Financing and Cash Equity
trading businesses. This covers multiple markets and products including otc equity derivatives, cash equities, and exchange traded derivatives. This
role will focus on support of the businesses trading swaps and
convertible bonds. The individual will work closely with traders,
technology, product control, and various other teams across the
organization both regionally and globally, ensuring efficient daily
operations and controls. Trade support - Key Responsibilities Coordinate
across different areas, including Technology, Product Control, Business
Management, Market Risk, and Settlements to implement process, system
and product changesLiaise with traders and counterparties to ensure accuracy in trade capture Provide support or resolve any adhoc queries pertaining to the booking, p/l or risk representation for traders in the booksWork with Traders, Finance and other groups to resolve various issues affecting PnL Accurately capture trades when assistance is requestedInvestigate and resolve issues causing breaks or failures for the supported businessMonitor various controls implemented to mitigate risk to the businessProduce statistics and MIS Identify areas for improvement and drive change to enhance control and reduce manual intervention ','!*!SkillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to multitask and to work under pressure, prioritizing duties according to risk Previous
experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally with
understanding of Equity Derivative and/ or Cash Equities productsAbility

but moreover develop strong working relationships with them,Excellent problem solving skills in order to identify, understand and address operational and technical issuesStrong
communication skills, both written and verbal. A key aspect of this is
