Cash Applications Specialist

Profile

We are currently hiring for an experienced Cash Applications Specialist for an opportunity with our client located in Chicago, IL.
Job Responsibilities:
Apply large dollar amounts and high volume of lockbox, ACH and wire transactions on a daily basis.
Research discrepancies related to unapplied or misapplied cash and provide resolutions.
Responding to customer requests in a timely manner and recording all customer activity.
Assisting with monthly accounts receivable close activities.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in a cash application/AR capacity
Large ERP experience, preferably Oracle or SAP
Proficiency with Excel
Strong customer service skills
