SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE
You will be part of the IT team supporting our NetSuite ERP implementation. You should have a strong understanding of Finance and / or SCM processes demonstrated by experience defining and implementing business solutions utilizing NetSuite technology.
You will be a subject matter expert for these modules and other integrated systems that support operations in this area. Being a Senior Functional Analyst, you should be able to independently lead activities for this module and drive & participate in business discussions, requirements gathering, build & prioritize roadmaps, provide recommendations and solutions for various processes streams. You should be able to provide functional leadership to these projects working across the IT team and with our business partners.
Necessary skill set includes extensive knowledge in Finance and / or SCM processes specifically using and deploying NetSuite ERP.
Primary Skills-required
5 years of NetSuite experience in a senior IT role supporting new implementations or managing existing operations.
Strong understanding of Finance and / or SCM processes and ideally subscription models used in high tech industry.
Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems.
Experience in conducting workshops, identifying and prioritizing requirements.
Be able to identify test scenarios, establish test cases and support system integration and user acceptance testing.
Conduct formal product training with business users.
Experience in writing functional specifications and solution documents.
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation.
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, accounting or information systems with 10 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to work within a collaborative team environment within IT, interdepartmental stakeholders, and vendor partners.
Experience working with both internal and external auditors, ensuring that business and change control processes are SOX compliant.
