Job Description

The Market Finance Professional 2 works with Network Operations, Health Services, and Corporate Finance to drive optimization inclusive of activities spanning decisions required for day-to-day operations to strategic planning and addressing specific business performance issues across matrixed organization and fostering key relationships with business stakeholders. Begins to influence department's strategy by preparing, analyzing, interpreting, and providing results and recommendations while managing relationships with our internal and external partners. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree
2 years working with data analyses
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to meet deadlines, work with tight schedules, and manage multiple priorities under minimum supervision
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teammates
Comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of pivot tables and look-up functions (Excel)
Knowledge of data warehouses and relational databases


Preferred Qualifications


Master's Degree
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with Senior Products (Medicare Advantage) Finance or Medicaid Products
Previous health insurance industry experience working in a Finance/Analytics department
Previous experience with hospital/facility contracting and modeling


Additional Information

Position is temporary WAH due to Covid-19. This position may reenter the office when deemed safe to return and candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the Orlando or Tampa office.
