J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking (CB) is a market leading provider
of Wholesale Payments products to the Corporate Client Banking, Middle Market,
Government, Healthcare, Not-for-Profit, Financial Institutions Group and
Real Estate markets. The CB Product Delivery team is tasked with representing
the needs of commercial banking clients, commercializing the product value
propositions to the marketplace, optimizing the client experience and driving adoption through the
enablement of client-facing representatives.
This individual will manage team members and be
responsible for people management and development, product strategy and
delivery, feature enhancement
prioritization and project tracking, competitive gap analysis, product pricing,
and sales enablement. Specifically, how
we support our clients across the spectrum of receivables to optimize their
physical and digital channels. This will
all be done in close collaboration with colleagues across lines of business,
product management, marketing, finance and CB client-facing teams.
Responsibilities
include:
Managing the team that will oversee and operate product delivery
for Integrated Receivables with focus on Receivables OnlineExpanding the current reconciliation suite to include virtual card.Enhancing integrated receivables capabilities, product positioning,
and value proposition Tracking team progress against business objectives and providing
frequent status reporting to head of Receivables Product Delivery teamDefining and managing the CB product strategy and delivery, across
strategic business segments Developing content that supports the value
proposition for delivery through training, marketing, communications, process
& procedures and standardized proposal contentPartnering with CB revenue management to determine pricing strategy
and governanceRepresenting CB client interests as a product
liaison with the Consumer and Community Banking and Corporate and Investment
Banking organizations to develop future-state product roadmapsSegmenting the portfolio and analyzing product
usage / trends across the CB client base to identify areas of opportunity and
vulnerabilityCoordinating and prioritizing product input on
CB investment process via input from Clients, Product Solutions Specialists, TMOs,
and BankersReviewing the end-to-end product implementation
process and identifying and executing areas of improvementDeveloping close relationships and alignment
with Product Management counterparts in Corporate and Investment Banking and
Consumer and Community BankingPartnering with the Change Readiness team to
manage the impact and readiness of value proposition enhancements and product
changes to CB clients, TS Sales, Bankers, Service and Implementation

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant product experience, preferably in
ReceivablesPrevious experience managing a teamStrategic thinker that combines strong analytical skills and
creative problem solving -- turning analysis into actionable insights and plansAbility to translate product vision into phased design requirements
followed by execution of a go-to-market product launchDemonstrated leadership experience with multiple cross-functional
teams including Product, Operations, Service, Sales, Marketing and across management
levels on simultaneous projectsSales enablement experience with bringing new product capabilities
to market and supporting sales educationSegmenting, tracking and analyzing client product usage,
profitability, risk profiles and pipeline developmentBA/BS
degree with advanced Excel
and PowerPoint skills requiredStrong project management skills; well-organized, structured
approach, ability to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverablesDemonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally
to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes on
