The Princeton Headquarter location
has an opportunity for a Supervisor, Financial Planning and Analysis.
 The Supervisor will be the key financial coordinator for division's worldwide Plan, LBE, Confirmation and IBP processes. He/She will work with different stakeholders across the organization to prepare budgets, forecast, and multitude of senior management request to aid in their decision making, all while ensuring integrity of data and compliance.Â
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Coordination of division Plan, LBE, Confirmation and IBP financial planning processes including creation and distribution of templates, instructions and guidelines for all financial managers worldwide. This requires extensive interface and coordination within the division interacting directly with key financial managers.
Manage month-end consolidation and reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet commentaries from key financial managers including preparation of Monthly Management Package (MMP).
Consolidation of total APOC cost center Plans, LBE, and Actual results, including trend reporting and insights.
Optimizing TM1 to deliver accurate and consistent data across the organization. Work with financial managers and other system users to identify and resolve existing and potential gaps with TM1.
Preparation of team calendar to include key deliverables and preparation steps
Ensures completeness and accuracy of the financial plans.
Assist in analyzing and preparing presentations of financial materials for meetings with the division and Corporate senior leadership.
Prepares monthly sales consolidation schedules, reconciling between systems and with international counterparts.
Interpret financial results and recommend options based upon analysis of data and information.
Establishes partnerships within the business units, commercial and operations organizations to acquire information.
Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
Understand other viewpoints cultivating open and honest relationships while promoting common goals.
Responds to ad hoc financial requests.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting, required.
5 years of financial experience demonstrating a progressive level of responsibility.
Must have strong analytical, problem solving skills and oral/written communication skills.
Must be able to effectively manage workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Supervisory experience preferred.
