Looking for a sub-contractor to support operations of a portfolio within Banking BU. The sub-contractor will work within the capacity of a Financial Management Analyst (FMA). Roles and responsibilities include:
• Initiate new project creation and extension requests.
• Create requisitions for staffing resources on projects.
• Assist Pursuit team(s) in financial modelling/pricing for new deals –
• Support the attainment of the internal Budget through specific activities defined in each BU
•
• Independent judgment and control of operations
•
• Participate and drive Revenue and Cash forecasting processes and provide analysis around actuals versus forecast variance.
• Cater to Ad-hoc requests such as publishing reports on outstanding AR, Revenue, and P&L etc. with related reasoning on variances in comparison to the forecast.
• Facilitate smooth month-end closing process and ensure the Portfolio is 100% time compliant before end of the month.
• Oversee Inventory (WIP), missing SOWs, and old AR in the Portfolio.
Required Skills • Good analytical and structured thinking, problem solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Committed, hard working and interest in numbers, operations
• Prior experience in a similar role/ FMA role/Executive assistant role
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Should be able to multi task and work with teams spread across locations
• Good understanding of basic project life cycle
• Experience in reporting and reporting tools
• Interest in operations and operational improvements
