SUMMARY: This position is responsible for analyzing and reviewing financial data which in turn must be presented to management in an understandable and meaningful way. This position requires a high-level of coordination to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information between Sales/Marketing and Finance/Accounting.
Specific responsibilities include: Conducting sales volume analysis, and budget and selling expense analysis. Assisting selling groups in understanding how the financial data impacts them and determining the primary influences and reasons for movement in the data. Other duties include developing data for monthly LE, quarterly projections, annual budgets, and sales quotas with Sales and Marketing personnel, Forge trade agreement review, Forge disbursement review, Balance Sheet and accrual management, Ad Hoc reporting and analysis, master data management, and performing other responsibilities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Accounting degree preferred.
Experience: 3 years' experience.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills. Proficient systems knowledge to include but not limited to SAP, SAP Analysis for Excel, Word, Excel, PBI and PowerPoint.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Special Skills: In-depth knowledge of Tyson sales accounting methods is a plus.
